OUR STEP BY STEP PROCESS

STEP 1

One of our knowledgeable team members will visit your home to discuss ideas and layouts with you. During this visit, we will take measurements and provide you with our brochure and paver catalog. This is a great opportunity to ask the estimator any questions or address any uncertainties you had while reviewing our project guide timeline. After the consultation, we will return to our office to prepare your estimate.

STEP 2

We take pride in providing you with a paver installation estimate within 24 hours or less. We understand that waiting days or even weeks for an estimate can be frustrating, so we prioritize quick turnaround times. Our detailed estimates break down each part of the project, offering an “a la carte” approach that allows you to choose what you want without pressure to do everything at once. This helps you understand the project fully and plan your budget accordingly, or save for future phases.

STEP 3

Once you have thoroughly reviewed the estimate and understand all the details, simply call or email us to give the go-ahead if you’re ready to proceed. At this point, we are thrilled to begin working with you. This is where the fun truly starts!

STEP 4

Our team will create detailed 3D renders of your project vision. These renders are based on the ideas and measurements discussed during our visit to your home from Step 1. The 3D visualization allows you to see a realistic representation of the final outcome, helping you make informed decisions and ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision. This step is crucial for refining the project plan and achieving the desired results.

STEP 5

After approval of your final design, your project will be added to our job board, indicating that your installation date is pending. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe for your place on the schedule. While we cannot offer specific dates due to various operational challenges, such as weather conditions, we aim to keep you informed about the approximate timeline.

STEP 6

As we approach the start date of your project, we will contact you 14 days in advance. At this time, we will email you the contract agreement via DocuSign and we will collect the deposit as stated in your contract. Please review and understand all the notations before initialing and signing so that we are both on the same page to bring your vision to life. Once completed, the signed copy will be automatically sent back to us. If you have any questions during this step, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Step 7

After we receive the signed contract agreement, we will reach out to provide a more accurate estimated start date. We will also gather all your material selections and place the order with the supplier. The supplier will deliver the materials directly to your home, although larger orders may arrive in multiple shipments. It is crucial that you inform us of your preferred locations for where you want the materials placed during delivery. Common choices include the top of the driveway or curbside in the street.

STEP 8

On the day your project begins, our team will arrive and review the details with you. If you cannot be present and have any uncertainties, we will maintain constant communication to ensure everyone is on the same page. We will only need access to water and electricity (a hose spigot and outlets).

STEP 9

Our team will bring all the necessary equipment to ensure your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. To maintain smooth progress, some equipment and materials may be left at the project site for the duration of the work. Rest assured, we will be mindful of your property and will take all necessary precautions to minimize any inconvenience. If you have any concerns or special requests regarding the placement of our equipment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities.

STEP 10

With all the equipment and materials on-site, our team is ready to begin. Our typical workday begins at 8 AM and ends around 4 PM. Depending on the distance from our office, we may occasionally arrive earlier or stay later, depending on the job process. The crew will take a lunch break around midday. At the end of each day, we will clean up and organize your property before leaving. Each of our crews focuses on one project at a time, so you can rest assured that once we start your project, we will be there every day until it is completed.

STEP 11

Throughout the project, one of our managers will regularly check in with the crew to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Each crew has a designated leader (foreman) to oversee the team. For any questions or concerns, it’s best to communicate directly with management or our office. This ensures that your messages are relayed to the appropriate personnel promptly and accurately.

STEP 12

During your project installation, it’s very important that you ask any questions you may have. The best time to ask is during the installation process, as it allows us to make any necessary adjustments more easily. Once the job is complete and your property is cleaned up, we will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent experience. If you are satisfied with the project, we will then collect the final payment.

STEP 13

Upon completion of your project, our office staff will provide you with a dedicated client email address for any questions that may arise in the future. We believe in maintaining open lines of communication, as your satisfaction is our top priority. This email ensures you have a direct way to reach out to us, and we are committed to responding promptly and effectively. Our goal is to ensure you remain completely satisfied with our work, and we stand behind every project we complete.
